    • Guests with pre-existing medical conditions or dietary restrictions should inform us at the time of booking.
  6. Responsibility and Liability:

    • Neat and Lit Safaris acts only as a tour operator and is not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or delay resulting from acts of nature, accidents, or other events beyond our control.
    • Guests participate in safari tours at their own risk and are responsible for their personal belongings and safety at all times.
  7. Itinerary Changes:

    • Neat and Lit Safaris reserves the right to modify or cancel any safari tour itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances or operational reasons.
    • We will make every effort to provide suitable alternatives or compensation in such situations.
  8. Force Majeure:

    • Neat and Lit Safaris shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, and government regulations.
  9. Data Privacy:

    • We respect your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy. By booking a tour with us, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data as described in our privacy policy.
  10. Governing Law:

    • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Kenya, and any disputes arising from or related to them shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Kenya.

By booking a safari tour with Neat and Lit Safaris, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

At Neat and Lit Safaris, we understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our guests’ needs to the best of our ability. Please take note of our cancellation policy outlined below:

  1. Cancellation by the Guest:

    • Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the scheduled departure date will receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable expenses incurred (e.g., permit fees, advance payments to accommodations).
    • Cancellations made between 15 and 29 days before the scheduled departure date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
    • Cancellations made 14 days or fewer before the scheduled departure date, or no-shows, will not be eligible for a refund.
  2. Cancellation by Neat and Lit Safaris:

    • In the unlikely event that Neat and Lit Safaris needs to cancel a safari tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, natural disasters, insufficient bookings), guests will receive a full refund of all payments made to Neat and Lit Safaris.
    • Neat and Lit Safaris reserves the right to cancel or modify any safari tour itinerary at our discretion to ensure the safety and well-being of our guests.
  3. Refund Processing:

    • Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 14 days of receiving the cancellation request.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.
  4. Changes to Bookings:

    • Guests may request changes to their booking (e.g., rescheduling dates, modifying accommodations) subject to availability and any applicable fees or charges.
  5. Refusal of Service:

    • Neat and Lit Safaris reserves the right to refuse service to guests who violate company policies, engage in disruptive behavior, or pose a safety risk to themselves or others.
  6. Force Majeure:

    • Neat and Lit Safaris shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing any of its obligations under these terms and conditions if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government restrictions, or labor disputes.
